Aiming to relieve/release strong emotions through discussing and expressing feelings.
In the past I’ve talked to a psychologist and a therapist and I’ve found both to be helpful. It feels good to have someone who’s listening, supportive and non-judgemental. Although I’ve come to the point where therapy is no longer as necessary as it once was, I do feel like I need to release some emotions sometimes. But this time, instead of talking to a therapist I’ve turned to my camera and the internet.
